Travel Agent Compensation Schedule

Alaskan Leopard Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to compensate all valid travel agents with a cooperative commission on reservations placed with any of our fine companies.  Unfortunately in the past certain individuals presenting themselves as bonafide industry agents have been paid unverified commissions.  Therefore, in order to protect our fellow industry partners the following policy has been established:

1.  You must have a valid IATA, IATAN, ARC, or CLIA endorsement. 

2.  If you are not endorsed by these organizations, please make your request for compensation based on the following schedule by sending a letter to us, written on your travel agency letterhead, and signed by your managing broker or agent.  All requests should be sent to:  Alaskan Leopard Enterprises, Inc., 16136 Sandpiper Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99516 USA.

3.  Your commission will be paid by company check issued in the appropriate amount to your agency on the first day of the month following the last itinerary date.

4.  Certain restrictions may apply to agents traveling on their own account or as a passenger in a group plan.

5.  Commission is not available on discounted rates and fares.  Please call us if you are uncertain.

Alaskan Leopard Comedy Tours

Text Box: Just wanted to let you know that a recent client returning from an Alaskan cruise said that your transport service from Whittier to Anchorage was one of the best things she did on her trip. a) 1-4 passengers:  10% commission computed on the base ticket price of all Whittier and Seward comedy tours.

b) 5+ passengers:  15% commission computed on the base ticket price of all Whittier and Seward comedy tours.

c) All custom tours and transfers:  10% to 15% of the base group rate depending on final price negotiated with client.

d) 10% for bookings on an agent's own account.


 
Leopard Trax Alaska a) Packaged & Customized Tours:  10% commission on the base rate before taxes and gratuities.  Price breakdown delivered with final documentation.

b) Group Tour Itineraries:  10% of the total group base rate before taxes and gratuities - OR - one free tour for every 18 tours sold in a group.  Please note that in order to qualify as a group, there must be at least six passengers traveling together.  Price breakdown delivered with final documentation.

c)  Special arrangements as agreed with management based on size of group and price of package.  Please give us a call to discuss your request.

d) 10% for bookings on an agent's own account.
 
Leopard Trax South America a) 10% of the total featured tour base price before taxes and gratuities.  Price breakdown delivered with final documentation.

b) 10% for bookings on an agent's own account.  Does not include spouse or traveling partner.
