Eating Log: Meals should be 400-60 calories of balance and variety, 2-3 hours apart. You may use snacks in between meals. The standard meal plan for the program is ONE meal and TWO shakes. This equals 1,100 calories. You may be on a different schedule as prescribed by Rocky. Additional lines have been added if this is the case. Describe each meal and the number of calories you consumed. Check with your sponsor if you are not sure about your consumption. Be sure to INCLUDE snacks.
