Pick up and Drop off
Scheduling of pick ups and drop offs is at the
company's convenience and in accordance with needs and parameters of all
reservations. We offer several pickup and drop off location choices.
Guests are required to get to those locations on their own. Please
be ready with luggage and all passengers assembled NO LATER THAN 30
MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME. Please do this to guarantee that
you are not late. We adhere to our
time schedule. While we will not leave our posted scheduled stop until the time
shown, we CAN NOT WAIT for late arrivals. If you are not there you
will miss our bus. PLEASE plan your
travel time accordingly. Additionally while our hotel friends allow
you to be picked up at their location, they in no way can assist you with questions
regarding your tour. Please DO NOT call for or use a hotel shuttle
unless you are a registered guest. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY
SHOULD YOU NOT BE SURE OF WHAT TO DO. If you are running late, call us
immediately and there may be a chance of meeting our bus at an alternative
location than that which was originally reserved.
Deposit
For parties of FOUR or less, we require payment in full in advance and at the
time you make your reservation. For groups of FIVE or more, a 50% deposit of
the total fare is collected at confirmation with a final payment shortly
before your travel date. Please note that unless you indicate
otherwise, your balance due (if any) will be charged in the same manner
about two weeks prior to the departure date. Should your credit card
expiration date terminate prior to the scheduled final payment date, the
payment will be charged in advance of the expiration date. FULL
PAYMENT IS COLLECTED AT TIME OF CONFIRMATION FOR ALL RESERVATIONS MADE
FOR THE SHUTTLE TOURS AND ANY OTHER SEATS AFTER AUGUST 1ST FOR THE CURRENT SEASON.
Tour Cancellation Policy
Whittier Tours: Your cancellation with at least 14 days advance notice is eligible for an
80%
refund of the purchase price or paid deposit. Cancellations with less than 14 days advance
notice do not quality for a refund. reservations of five or more
passengers require a 30-day advance notice to cancel all or any
portion of their booking. Our confirmed tours are committed hours
of employment for our employees. A great deal of preparation goes into
creating our unusual and well-received venue. Because of this, last minute cancellations are not eligible for a
refund. We pride ourselves in delivering a quality product. We
honor and uphold the commitment we make to our guests and our employees. We are firm on our
policy.
Custom Group Tours: A 30-day advance notice
is required to
cancel your reservation. We have committed limited
resources to honor our commitment to your group. Cancellations with less
than a 30-day advance notice are not eligible for a refund.
Seward Tours:
We are a unique package. We only do one tour per day in each direction.
You
may join an existing reservation for guaranteed seats as shown to the left.
If your date is not listed and you are a party less than eight you
have two additional options:
1. Book the tour and we will then list it on the website and open it to other potential guests.
If our 8-person minimum is not met, you can either honor the guarantee, or you may cancel with 14 days advance
notice, no penalty, and a full refund of your paid deposit. Your
cruise ship transfers are available up to and including your last cruise day.
2. Book the tour and guarantee the eight seats. You may opt to
have this be totally private or allow us to book additional seats. If we book
others, your liability for the extra seats is released. However, since others
have now committed to fill the vacant seats, you are expected to honor the
reservation and at that point no cancellation option is available.
Private
Group Transportation Policy
All private group
tours are renting the vehicle exclusively for their group. No others
guests will join you. All private group tours are charged a flat rate and
are based on the size of the vehicle and maximum number of passengers it
will hold. A
30-day advance notice is required to cancel the booking. We have
committed limited resources to honor our commitment to your group.
Cancellations with less than a 30-day advance notice are not eligible for
a refund. There are no refunds for changing the number of passengers
unless a smaller vehicle is available for your adjusted passenger count.
