Deposit
For parties less than four, we require payment in full in advance at the
time of confirmation. For groups of four or more, a 50% deposit of
the total fare is collected at confirmation with a final payment shortly
before your travel date. Please note that unless you indicate
otherwise, your balance due (if any) will be charged in the same manner
about two weeks prior to the departure date. Should your credit card
expiration date terminate prior to the scheduled final payment date, the
payment will be charged in advance of the expiration date.
Vehicle Tour Cancellation Policy - Individuals (1-4 passengers)
Your cancellation with at least 14 days advance notice is eligible for an
80%
refund of the purchase price or paid deposit. Cancellations with less than 14 days advance
notice do not quality for a refund. Our confirmed tours are committed hours
of employment for our employees. A great deal of preparation goes into
creating our unusual and well-received venue. Because of this, last minute cancellations are not eligible for a
refund. In the event that you must cancel your reservation with less than
14 days notice, a refund of 50% of the purchase may apply according to
ALL of
the following conditions:
1. You contacted us directly to inform us of your change of plans.
We can not be responsible for messages transmitted by a third party.
2. There are at least four other paid reservations for the same tour on
the same day.
3. Your reason is legitimate, such as a family emergency, and not just a "change of plans."
Sorry, and although frustrating and at times costly, we cannot accept airline flight delays
as a valid reason. We do not believe we should be punished for the weather
or another
company's failure to perform.

honor and uphold the commitment we make to our guests and our employees. We are firm on our
policy.
Vehicle Tour Cancellation Policy - Groups (5 or more passengers)
Group tours and reservations of five or more
passengers require a 30-day advance notice to
cancel all or any portion of their booking. We have committed limited
resources to honor our commitment to your group. Cancellations with less
than a 30-day advance notice are not eligible for a refund.
Private
Group Transportation Policy
All private group
tours are renting the vehicle exclusively for their group. No others
guests will join you. All private group tours are charged a flat rate and
are based on the size of the vehicle and maximum number of passengers it
will hold. A
30-day advance notice is required to cancel the booking. We have
committed limited resources to honor our commitment to your group.
Cancellations with less than a 30-day advance notice are not eligible for
a refund. There are no refunds for changing the number of passengers
unless a smaller vehicle is available for your adjusted passenger count.
CD Tour Cancellations
A 100% refund is available on all CD tours with at least 24
hours advance notice.
CD Player Security Deposit
Your credit card or cash deposit of $25 guarantees the return
of the CD Player following your tour. Should you not return the CD and CD
Player, your cash deposit will be retained or your credit card will be charged
$25. All in all not a bad deal considering that you get our great tour and
keep the CD and Player for $25.
TourSaver Discount Coupons
Our comedy tour is extremely popular, we book up
very fast, and we only provide 18 seats per day in each direction.
We are a small company. We are the ONLY service that accepts TourSaver coupons for Whittier or Seward
cruise transportation. Opportunities for using the TourSaver coupon are
extremely limited. With this in
mind our policy on acceptance is FIRM. There are no exceptions for
unavailable seats or unused coupons. Please read this policy and visit

ONLY TWO FREE seats (two coupons) are
accepted per tour. We only do one tour in each direction per day. All discount
coupons have date limitations and certain restrictions. Discount coupons
are only good for the ADULT BASIC FULL FARE seat on our Comedy Tour/Transfer venues
between Whittier and Anchorage and between Anchorage and Seward. Taxes are
charged based on the full ticket price and all seats must be paid in advance. On all
discounted seats, a gratuity is automatically charged regardless of the number of passengers
traveling together. Please review the terms
noted on the coupon as well as this stated policy
Discount coupons must be
declared at the time of reservation in order to be redeemed. The coupon
booklet number must be given at the time of the reservation. This means
you must purchase the booklet prior to making your reservations. Please be
aware that between the time you purchase the booklet and subsequently contact
us, available seats may have already been sold. We DO NOT hold
discounted seats pending your receipt of a coupon booklet. You may be able
to receive the booklet number with your immediate purchase by contacting
TourSaver by telephone directly. If you do not have the booklet number, we
cannot sell you a discounted seat in advance. You are best advised to
obtain the booklet as soon as possible, knowing in advance that our seats are
limited and may no longer be available once you have your booklet in hand.
If you are able to provide us with a paid receipt showing you have paid for the
booklet, this portion of our policy will be waived.
This unfortunately is a touchy subject for some
folks and we often hear "I wouldn't have purchased the booklet if I knew I
wasn't going to be able to use it on your tour." While we certainly
understand their disappointment, our most common response is to ask why they
would have spent $99.95 to save $52. We hope you will understand as well.
