This policy
applies to all our customers and users of this website. We are
committed to protecting your privacy. We collect ABSOLUTELY no
information from those simply browsing our web pages.
We will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully. If you request a quote, place an order, make a
booking, or submit a question, we collect information about
you for only two reasons: firstly, to process your request and second, to
provide you with the best possible service.
If you simply make an enquiry or place an order, we will
not e-mail you in the future (apart from responding to your enquiry or
order) unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the
chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the
future.
The type of information we may collect about you could
include your name, address, phone number, email address, and if financial
transactions are involved, also credit/debit card details. In the
case of credit/debit card details, once your payment has been processed,
all record of your account numbers are removed from our system and all
printed documentation which such information printed is shredded.
We will never collect sensitive information about you
without your explicit consent. We will never ask you for a PIN,
Social Security Number, or birth date. If you should receive such a
request you can be assured it did not come from us.
We will endeavor, with your assistance, to ensure that
the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If we
find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it/them promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held
securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We respect your privacy. Your information will
NEVER be distributed or disclosed to anyone except valid travel related
vendors with whom we have booked a tour or package element on your behalf.
We have a strictl NO SPAM policy. If you receive
a marketing piece from us please simply respond to us and your name will
promptly be removed from our database...no questions or hesitation.
