Group Leaders

As the Group
Leader you travel for free. In exchange for this
wonderful benefit you must perform specific duties as your group's Tour
Manager. Your daily responsibilities are important to the success of
your group's tour. Please review the short list of daily
responsibilities as identified below.
As your group's Tour Manager you are the
point person for Leopard Trax, all activities, reservations, gratuities, and contact.
Please review the list of responsibilities required of all group tour
managers.
1. Although we reconfirm
all elements of your tour prior to your departure, we ask that during your
tour you reconfirm all daily elements of
your group's plan at least 48 hours in advance to make sure there have
been no changes or delays since your arrival. Report any change to your personal
tracker.
2. Although rare, you
may be asked to issue and collect individual meal requests included in
your plan. You will then transmit to the indicated vendor within the
time frame indicated.
3. Supervise accommodation check-in and room assignments as have
been arranged.
4. Insure all travelers are punctual for all events, pickup
locations, and activities. Account for all travelers at the
beginning and end of
all activities. Stay on time.
5. If gratuities have
not been prepaid, then from the budget provided, distribute gratuities as have been
allotted and contracted with each vendor. You will receive a "gratuity bank" from
us prior to your trip if required.
