include a new car rental with unlimited mileage, accommodations in 3 Star
and 4 Star B&Bs, Hotels, and Cabin resorts, tours/activities described as
included, and all taxes, fees, admissions, and vendor charges.
Included meals are identified as (B) for breakfast, (L) for lunch, and (D)
for dinner.
