Anchorage Museum of History and Fine Art

The largest museum in Alaska, the Anchorage Museum is a community-based institution with exhibits and programs on the art, history and cultures of Alaska. Over 20 exhibitions are presented each year to more than 200,000 visitors. The Museum also presents a full calendar of public programs and art classes. We invite you to explore the many features of the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center.

Summer Hours:  
May 15th - September 15th Open 7 days a week, 9 am - 6 pm
  Thursday open til 9 pm
Summer Evening Programs:  
June - August Thursday: Jazz Night, 7 - 8:30 p.m.
Winter Hours:  
September 16th - May 14th Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm
  Sundays, Noon - 5 pm
  Closed Mondays

The Marx Bros. Café at the Museum
Open during Museum hours with marvelous lunches, desserts and coffee. A portion of the proceeds benefit Museum activities.
