Our two-room suite features a bedroom with queen bed and
private bath. The separate lounging area features seating, writing desk, cable
TV/DVD. The suite is complimented by a convenient ensuite bathroom
in the lounge area. The yellow section of the floor plan below shows
the layout of the suite. The common area features an equipped
kitchen, entertainment center with HDTV/DVD/Cable, internet station, and
access to the gardens and hot tub.

Our largest room accommodation
features a king bed (or two twins) and private bath with shower. The sitting area has a desk,
casual seating, and TV/DVD.

The Heritage Studio
(Sleeps Two)This is our most
popular room and is furnished with a queen bed, and
full bath. The room features a writing desk, sitting area, and
TV/DVD.
A private deck area overlooks Cook Inlet and
the city below. This is a very special accommodation.

(Sleeps Ten)
Rent the entire first floor of our
facility for your family or group and enjoy a four bedroom, three bath
apartment all to yourselves. The entire facility when occupied by
one group will sleep up to ten guests (two queens, one king (or two twins)
and two sofa
beds). Enjoy full use of two decks and the beautiful
gardens.
